We actively negotiate with the prosecution to reach the best outcome we can for our clients before trial.  We often use experts in psychology, mental health and other scientific fields to write reports and give testimony favorable to our clients.  Combined with effective negotiation, these experts and our settlement skills often make the difference between prison and probation.  
2. Unlike other criminal attorneys, we employ a strong “motion practice,” which we find often leads to a better-negotiated result.  We have an experienced research and motion practice unit that is dedicated to protecting all of your constitutional and procedural rights before you go to trial.  There simply is no substitute for a well-researched position.
3. That failing, we offer an aggressive courtroom presence at trial and sentencing., and we always go prepared. With our team of skilled investigators, we interview all of the witnesses and chase every lead so that our clients’ side of the story is told in a way the jury can relate to, and understand.
